  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl (Mustard through pepper).
  2. Spread mixture evenly over top and sides of steaks.
  3. Wrap steaks individually with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 to 24hrs.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 or prepare grill.
  5. Remove steaks from plastic wrap and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Place steaks on a roasting rack in a baking dish lined with tin foil and bake 30min for medium-rare up to an hour for well done. (Grill until desired temp.)
