Place cheese cloth OR two coffee filters in small colander. (You may have to rip the filters and overlap them slightly to make them fit the colander)Prepare yogurt by dumping into cloth covered colander. Put colander over a bowl to catch dripping liquid and cover the top of yogurt with saran wrap. To make it drain faster- you can put a weight on the yogurt (a plate with a can on top of it) Leave it in the fridge for 2-4 hours. It's best to leave it overnight. The longer it drains the texture becomes more like cream cheese.
Peel, seed and grate your cucumber and place it in several paper towel to drain them ahead of time too.
In the morning mix all ingrediants together and refrigerate for several hours.
