Cook noodles per instructions on the box. Drain and run under cold water, set aside.
Cook bacon until crunchy, drain grease, and crumble. Let cool before adding to salad.
Add your noodles, cheese, broccoli, onion & bacon together in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. In a small bowl, combine sugar, mayo & vinager together and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Wait until ready to serve to add dressing to the salad and combine well.
