  1. Heat olive oil over med. heat in large skillet
  2. Saute chicken in oil until browned on both sides
  3. Add chorizo, saute until browned
  4. Add onions and saute for 2 min.
  5. Add chicken broth, cover and simmer until chicken is no longer pink inside
  6. Remove chicken and chorizo, tent with tin foil to keep warm
  7. Add cream, salt and pepper
  8. Reduce pan sauce in half
  9. Serve over chicken and chorizo
