Apple Blueberry Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a 9x5" loaf pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Stir in flour mixture, alternating with water, until well moistened.
  6. Gently stir in apples and blueberries.
  7. Pour and spread into prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center.
  9. Cool completely before removing from pan.
