  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all crispy ingredients together and mix until crumbly. Place 1/2 this mixture in the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
  3. Combine all thickening ingredients in a medium sauce pan and cook over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken.
  4. Add the sauce to the rhubarb and stir.
  5. Pour rhubarb sauce over crispy layer on the bottom of the pan and then sprinkle the top with the remaining crispy mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until the top is brown and the juice bubbles.
