  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until liquid has evaporated and mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in wine, increase heat to high, and cook until almost all liquid has evaporated, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add broth, lower heat and simmer for another 7-8 minutes.
