  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook and drain the ground beef
  3. Add onion soup mix, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, and water.
  4. Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish
  5. Layer green beans, corn, and peas on top of meat mixture
  6. Add a layer of instant potatoes on top of vegetables
  7. Cook in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes
  8. Top with cheese, and french fried onions
  9. Return to over for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
