  1. Puree the broccoli, spinach, bell pepper, cucumber, and green peas. Place puree in a soup pot.
  2. Add chicken broth, and olive oil to the pot. Stir until everything is well mixed, then turn the stove onto medium-high.
  3. Add pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sage, and (if you choose) ham chunks. Allow soup to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Place mozzerella slices in soup bowls. When the soup is done, pour the hot soup over the cheese and serve.
  5. Presentation: Serve with a sprig of parsley or a whole spinach leaf on top. You can also serve with a little cream if the people you have over like creamy soups.
