  1. Spread margarine on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Cut lime in half.
  3. Squeeze lime juice from first half onto one bread slice over the margarine.
  4. Squeeze lime juice from second half onto the second bread slice over the margarine.
  5. Sprinkle pepper over lime juice on each slice of bread.
  6. Put American cheese and Swiss cheese onto one bread slice; put the other bread slice on top (margarine/lime/pepper side inside) to close the sandwich.
  7. Put the sandwich into a George Foreman Grill and grill until cheese is gooey. You might also do this on the stove, flipping the sandwich once the first side has browned.
