  1. Pour broth into large pan and heat.
  2. Add all spices and vegetables.
  3. Bring soup to a boil, and simmer an hour or more, stirring occasionally. Next add turkey and simmer till meat and vegetables are tender.
  4. Just 10 minutes before serving, you can add Velveeta cheese (optional), stirring often to melt.
  5. NOTE: VERY IMPORTANT... After adding cheese, ONLY SIMMER 10 minutes max!
  6. Simmering 30 or more minutes, and soup may not look very APPETIZING as the cheese can break down...
  7. Enjoy.
