  1. Base: Crush buscuits finely,add melted butter and mix well.
  2. press mixture on base and sides of 20cm (8inch) 10 cm high springform pan, chill while preparing the filling.
  3. Filling: Beat cream cheese until softened, combine with sugar, flour and salt, beat well.
  4. add the whole egg plus the 2 egg yolks, sour cream and lemon juice to the cream cheese mix.
  5. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, beat in extra sugar, and fold into the cream cheese mix.
  6. Pour into the prepared base.
  7. bake at 170 C for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
  8. allow to cool in oven.
  9. When at room temp, refrigerate until firm approx. 2-3hr (best left overnight)
  10. top with i cup of whip cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with sliced kiwi fruit and halved strawberries upon serving.
