"Chorizo is a pork sausage originating in Spain. This version uses ground turkey and does not use sausage casings, but is instead made into patties and fried. Delicious with scrambled eggs."

  1. Combine dry ingredients in small bowl and mix well.
  2. In a large bowl, sprinkle vinegar over ground turkey. Mix well.
  3. Sprinkle all of dry ingredients over ground turkey. Mix well, kneading mixture until dry ingredients are well combined into the ground turkey.
  4. Place in an airtight container overnight in fridge to allow flavors to combine and develop.
  5. Form into small patties and cook in frying pan using a little cooking oil of your choice, if needed.
  6. Ground beef or ground pork may be substituted for ground turkey.
