  1. Boil Broccoli and Cauliflower for 5 to 10 minutes to preferred texture. I prefer it with still a little crunch to it.
  2. Rinse in Very cold water or Bowl of Ice water.
  3. DRAIN WELL. If not it will be watery.
  4. Mix with Dressing, Cheese, and Bacon top with Cheese and bacon also to make it pretty.
