  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. While the pasta is cooking, dice the tomato, cucumber and olives. In a saucepan combine water, veggies, hummus, and garlic. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add yogurt. Simmer for 3 minutes or until warm. Toss with pasta. Approximately 300 calories per serving.
