  1. In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Remove 2 tbs and mix with corn flakes. Set aside for topping.
  3. To remaining butter in pan, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion powder.
  4. Gradually stir in sour cream.
  5. Fold in green beans.
  6. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2 inch (1 1/2 quart) glass baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and cereal mixture over casserole.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
