  1. Prehaet oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sray 12 cup muffin pan with baking spray or line with paper cups.
  3. In a small mixing bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl beat sugar, eggs, oil, yogurt and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
  5. Gradually beat in the flour mixture, a few tablespoons at a time, alternating with gradually stirring in milk. DO NOT just add all at once, make sure to add slowly alternating between flour and milk and stiring well with each step to blend.
  6. Spoon batter into 12 cup muffin pan evenly.
  7. Bake 15-17 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle of cupcake comes out clean.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool in pan 5 minutes.
