  1. Trim & wash your asparagus.
  2. Lightly blanch or steam the asparagus (if you like it really crunchy, dont do this qand cook from raw!)
  3. Place spears in buttered baking dish and dot with the 2/3 TBS butter.
  4. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and salt & pepper.
  5. Finally, add the cream.
  6. Bake at 220c for about 10 mins or until is brown on top.
  7. Yum!
