  1. Peel Potatoes, Cut in half Long way
  2. Scoop out insides
  3. Boil 10 mins
  4. Heat oil in skillet
  5. Combine,carrots,celery,onions,mushrooms,sausage,garlic
  6. sautee over medium heat till crisp yet golden.
  7. add wine,cream,mustard,salt,pepper,cabbage
  8. cook extra 1 min
  9. place potatoes on serving dish stuff with fried mixture Garnish with fresh Parsley and Enjoy^^
