Peach & Blueberry Crisp

"I kind of made this recipe up when I was looking for one but couldn't find one on allrecipes. I took ideas from another fruit crisp and came up with this - the cherry brandy adds a bit of warmth to the recipe. Make sure your peaches are nice and ripe! Goes GREAT with vanilla ice cream!"

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine peaches, blueberries & cherry brandy in a 7x11 baking dish
  3. In a medium bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon & salt. Stir in melted butter until mixture is slightly moist but still crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until topping starts to brown. Serve warm.
