  1. Wash chicken breasts.
  2. Cut side of breast to make a pocket.
  3. Fill pocket with feta and bacon.
  4. Close the pocket with a toothpick.
  5. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  6. Brown chicken on both sides.
  7. Drain one can of tomatoes.
  8. Add drained and undrained tomatoes to pan with browned chicken, adding oregano also.
  9. Simmer 10 minutes, covered.
  10. Simmer 5 minutes uncovered.
  11. Serve chicken with tomato sauce piled on top.
