  1. Combine nectar, corn starch & sugar in sauce pan. Bring to a boil & cook until thick.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Place broken pieces of angel food cake in a 9 X 13 cake pan.
  4. When apricot mixture is cool, pour over the cake pieces. Toss to ensure the pieces are all coated.
  5. Spread whipped topping on top.
