  1. Cream together the shortening, honey and sugar.
  2. Add the eggs, vanilla and squash and mix thoroughly.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients, add to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add dried cranberries and mix in.
  5. Transfer mixture to 9x13 baking pan and cook at 325 degrees for around 50 minutes.
