  1. Place 4 cups of hot water in a medium sauce pan on high heat until it boils, then lower heat
  2. Add dashi granules, miso paste, chopped green onions, ginger, and garlic. Stir and let sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  3. Add wisked eggs. Stir.
  4. Add pepper to taste.
  5. Test the flavor, add more or less ginger or garlic to suit your tastes.
  6. Allow to simmer for five minutes, let cool, serve.
