  1. Pre-heat fryer to 350degrees.
  2. Begin to render down bacon in hot skillet.
  3. After about 3 minutes add in chopped onion.
  4. Cook both together until bacon is crispy and onion is soft.
  5. Pad bacon and onions with paper towel to remove excess grease.
  6. Toss with dill weed in a bowl along with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add all other ingredients, except wonton wrappers and egg, to the bacon onion and dill.
  8. Take one wrapper and place a small ball of the mixture in the center.
  9. Brush the edges of the wonton with the egg.
  10. Bring all the sides towards the center and seal.
  11. Fry for about two minutes, or until golden brown.
