"This is a variation of a recipie floating around my family that everyone loves. We add ham to it sometimes to make it a meal!"

  • Cook

  1. Mix 1 cup crackers, butter and onion together.
  2. Mix sour cream, cheese and soup in a large bowl.
  3. Add hashbrowns, mix well.
  4. Mix the cracker mix with the hashbrown mixture.
  5. Spread in a well greased 9x13 pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. until brown & bubbly.
  7. *When almost done, spread remaining cup of crackers on top to brown.
