  1. Mix together, softened cream cheese and 3-cheese Ranch dressing till smooth.
  2. Fold in chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, shredded carrots, and finely chopped green onions.
  3. Spread mixture over tortilla wrap, and roll up.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate 4 hrs or overnight.
  5. Slice into pinwheels, and serve.
