  1. Rinse both of your chickens, pat dry with paper towels
  2. Soften 1/2 stick of butter, rub both chickens with the softened butter. Then sprinkle both chickens with Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Black Pepper.
  3. Separate garlic head. Smash garlic cloves to remove skin and open clove. Place your finger under the skin next to the leg, make a small hole to create a cavity under the skin and on top of the breast, place 1-1.5 cloves under skin on top of each breast of each chicken.
  4. Place 1/4 bunch oregano, parsley, and thyme in cavity of chicken, and let them marinate for at least 1 hour, best to leave overnight.
  5. Pre-heat grill on low heat. Empty 1/3 beer from can, place 2 cloves of garlic in each can, remove herbs from chicken cavity and stuff in each can. Spray each can with cooking spray and insert can into chicken cavity.
  6. Lay a section of foil on grill. Stand chickens up on foil, melt other 1/2 stick of butter season with Paprika, garlic and Pepper and bast chickens as needed cook until 180 degrees, Enjoy!
