"This is a great, quick, flavorful dish I learned while living in southern Israel. You can add spices to taste, but for the first go, try it this way. Makes 2 HEARTY servings."

  1. In large saucepan sautee onions until transluscent.
  2. Add zucchini, sautee for five minutes.
  3. Open can of tomatoes and add four drops of Tabasco, mix well.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and garlic to the pan stir well. Cover and let simmer for ten minutes.
  5. Push away mixture and make room for the eggs. Crack eggs and drop into allotted spots, let cook for another three minutes or until yolks are at desired consistency.
  6. Serve with bread to sop up the sauce.
