  1. Guacamole Preperation: mash avacados in a bowl. Add 1 clove (minced) of garlic, 1/2 chopped onion, 2 tsp. of lemon juice and 1 tsp. of salt. Mix well.
  2. Bake frozen Talapias as recommended on package (about 20-25 min)
  3. Cook flour tortillas for 1-2 min on each side
  4. Fill each tortilla with 1 cooked Talapia fillet, 1 tbs.of cilantro dressing, 2 tbs.guacamole, and top with organic lettuce
  5. Eat and enjoy!!
