  1. Start By preheating your oven to 350 F
  2. Slice the top off of your tomatoes, also take very small slice of the bottom so they will be stable upright.
  3. Now using a spoon remove the innards of the tomatoes and discard.
  4. Place tomatoes in a lightly oiled baking dish and bake for 20 min or until lightly charred at the edges.
  5. Dice the cheese while your tomatoes cook.
  6. Add the cheese to you couscous and toss.
  7. When tomatoes are done line their walls with basil and stuff with couscous and cheese mixture.
  8. Drizzle with Balsamic and garnish with one more Basil leaf sticking right out the top.
