  1. For the Cake: Mix all the ingredients, except the milk. When it gets completely homogeneous, add the boiling milk and mix evenly. The dough will get very liquid. Put it into a retangular medium pan buttered and floured. Put it in the ovem for 180 Celsius degrees. Qhen it is done, pour the covering over the cake while it is still hot.
  2. For the covering:
  3. Mix all the ingredients. It is not necessary to heat it. Use it when the cake is done.
