  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in order of appearance.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake cups.
  4. Fill cups two-thirds full with muffin batter.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

These were great! I tweaked the recipe a bit. I used truvia (stevia) instead of sugartwin and just used regular egg whites and a tiny bit extra applesauce. A winner!!!
