  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil and add the Tagliatelle. Add some oil to the water, to avoid having the pasta stick together. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, fry (saute) the garlic and onions in the saucepan until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Add the can of tomatoes, tomato paste and wine and bring to boil.
  4. 4. Add all other ingredients except for the Mussels and simmer for 15 mins.
  5. 5. Add the Mussels and simmer for another 10 to 15mins.
  6. 6. Poor the sauce over the Tagliatelle. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
