"This is an unusual but tasty , high protein grain salad. Quinoa is a grain and has almost no flavor but the spices add zest.Well, worth trying. I make it often since finding the Quinoa at my health food store."

  1. Cook the quinoa in the 3 1/2 cups of salted water over low heat until tender and water is absorbed. About 20 minutes.Cool.
  2. Add other ingredients and mix well. Let this set out on the counter to let flavors blend.
