"i made this recipe by merging two recipes i had and now i have these wonderful, cakelike delicious muffins which you can do anuthing with, fill with chopped cherries, cranberry's, bananas, walnuts, a delicious topping and ready!!"

Original recipe yields 12 servings

  1. Preheat the oven at 400F/200C.
  2. Put together all the dry ingredients.
  3. Then put all wet ingredients together. Combine everything. Mix not too much, lumbs in the mix are what you want.
  4. The amount of milk may differ, I make the mixture always thick, you can take a spoonful ou of the batter, but I don't know what happens when you use more milk.
  5. Fill the muffin...(I don't know what it's called, but you can make 12 muffins)
  6. Put in the oven at 400F/200C for twenty minutes.
  7. Take out after 20 minutes, let tem cool and then finish them with topping, or fille them before baking with anything you like.
