  1. Cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain and return to pan.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat until sizzling.
  3. Stir in flour, cook stirring with wooden spoon for 1 minutes.
  4. Combine stock, water and milk and add to butter mixture, still stirring.
  5. Cook, stirring 4-5 minutes till boiling.
  6. Boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and stir in half cheese.
  7. Heat oil and cook mushrooms until soft.
  8. Combine pasta, chicken, mushrooms and sauce in a casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees (celcius) or until golden.
