  1. Melt the butter in large skillet.
  2. Then add the salmon fillets.
  3. Pour over the salmon the honey, lemon juice and white wine.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook on medium-low heat until the sauce cooks down to a syrup. (about 10-12 minutes)
  6. Make sure to turn the fillets every few minutes.
  7. Serve over a fresh salad, couscous, or rice snd be sure to drizzle the syrup over the dish.
