  1. Blend olive oil and pepper.
  2. Cut or shred basil leaves, add to oil.
  3. Rinse and slice tomatoes in half.
  4. Add tomatoes to oil mixture.
  5. Drain mozzarella and add to the mix.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate 30 minutes, then serve.
