  1. slice the onion and spread it in an oven dish
  2. poor evenly on all the onion the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and riesling wine
  3. add some salt
  4. slice the tomato and spread it on top on the onion
  5. poor some olive oil at taste
  6. put salt and peper on both sides of the salmon and put it on top
  7. put the anchovie on top of the salmon and poor its oil on top
  8. cover the dish with aluminium foil and put in the preheated oven at 400° F
  9. let cook 20 minutes
  10. uncover the dish add pepper and broil for 5 more minutes
  11. when broiling the fish, prepare the sauce
  12. sauce:
  13. melt at medium temperature the butter
  14. add salt, creme fraiche, flour and capers
  15. cook and stir for 3 minutes
  16. add the lemon juice, chive and pepper cook one more minute stiring.
  17. serve and poor the sauce on top in the plate (not in the dish)
  18. serve the onion and tomato on the side
  19. can be eaten with rice, steamed potatoes or pasta (prefered)
