Quick Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

  1. Combine everything except the chocolate chips into a big bowl. Stir until it has absorbed the sugar. (You don't HAVE to add the green food coloring, but it makes it LOOK the part, ya know?)
  2. Carefully pour the mixture into your running ice cream maker. About 10 minutes into the cycle, add the 1/2 package of chocolate chips.
  3. About 30 minutes later, take your ice cream and spoon it into a container. PUT IT IN THE FREEZER for at least 2 hours.
  4. Note: The 2% milk makes the ice cream taste 'lighter' I think. I did this by complete accident, but it seems to go over well with my family.
