Melt butter in a large saucepot over medium high heat. Add flour and whisk until flour is incorporated into butter. Cook, stirring frequently for 2 minutes. Add milk and continue to cook until sauce is thick and bubbly, whisking frequently.
Remove from heat and season with nutmeg, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire, paprika, salt and pepper.
Toss noodles with hot sauce and place in buttered 9x13 pan. If serving immediately, it there is no need to bake. If storing, re-heat at 350 for about 20 minutes.
