  1. Ensure the fruits are cold before preparation
  2. Wash and peel the fruits
  3. Cut the Kiwi into thick slices
  4. Cut the Mango and the Apricot into squares of 5 x 5 inches
  5. Cut balls of melon of 5 inches diameter
  6. Cut the limes in thick slices
  7. Put the fruits into the refrigerator
  8. Prepare a simple syrop by mixing in an small pot the water and the sugar
  9. Heat the pot at medium-low heat
  10. Bring the mix into boiling for about 2 to 3 minutes
  11. Put the mix into the refrigerator
  12. Prepare the skewers by alterning different fruits
  13. Pour the chilled syrop into the skewers
  14. Serve with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream in a cold dessert dish
  15. Note: You can alternate the fruits according with the season.
