  1. Optional-Marinate Pork in Whiskey for at least an hour
  2. -Mix together everything but the honey mustard and whiskey in a bowl
  3. -Mix honey mustard with the whiskey, and rub onto both sides of the pork chop
  4. -Coat pork chop wiht remaining ingredients
  5. -Grill on medium heat for about 25 minutes, you can drip more whiskey onto the pork chops as there grilling if you want to, flip after 12 minutes, or once pork chop begins to blacken a little.
