  1. In large bowl mix all beans, chili peppers, 1/1/2 cup cheese, salsa, cilantro, and 1 can olives.
  2. Add salsa to get desired "spiciness"
  3. Heat on low stirring occasionally until cheese is melted in a small-med sized crock pot.
  4. Continue heating until dip is melted and bubbly.
  5. Reduce heat to simmer.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese and olives before serving and as needed.
  7. Serve with/on: tortilla chips, flour tortillas, potatoe wedges, on hot dog, or on a baked potatoe.
  8. YUM!
