"I took elements of my favorite oatmeal cookie recipes and concocted this versatile recipe that can be used with chocolate, white, butterscotch, cinnamon, or any other chips. I often whip up a double batch of the base, then divide the dough among several bowls to use different types of chips. I take them everywhere and always to rave reviews!"
