  1. Preheat oven to 425 degress F (218 degrees C)
  2. Fully cook the ground turkey in a medium pan over medium heat (until brown). Drain meat and place meat inside a large mixing bowl.
  3. Heat mixed vegtables per the directions on the packaging. Drain all the water out of the vegtables and add to meat in mixing bowl.
  4. Combine and prepare both packets of gravy mix per packet directions. Combine gravy with meat and vegtables in mixing bowl.
  5. Combine and prepare both boxes of Jiffy pie crust mixes per directions on package.
  6. Roll out dough to fit into the 4 indiviual mini loaf pans. Be sure to allow dough to overlap the pans. Also, be sure to leave enough dough for the pie tops.
  7. Fill each pan full with all of the gravy,meat, and vegtable mixture.
  8. Roll out dough to fit the top of each pot pie. Press the pot pie top together with the overlap of the pan dough. Cut off the exess dough from around the pan and use fork to press down the edges of the entire pies. Make 4 small slits in the center of each pie.
  9. Place all 4 pot pies onto a cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 mins. or until crust is golden brown.
  10. Allow pot pies to cool before serving.
