  1. Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white and brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract and eggs until well blended.
  3. Next, carefully fold in the Dutch Processed Cocoa using a fork or whisk until a velvety consistency is reached.
  4. Third, stir in the baking soda, baking powder and flour (dough consistency will be sticky).
  5. Last, add in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, toffee bits, and coarsley chopped walnuts. Mix until all of the ingredients have been well combined.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto a parchment paper-lined (or ungreased) cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes or until cookies are slightly crackled on the top. Remove from oven an let cool on pan for 3-5 minutes before transfering to a wire cooling rack.
