Easy Balsamic Chicken

  1. Finely dice tomatoes
  2. Slice onions
  3. On the stovetop, reduce balsamic vinegar by 1/3 in saucepan until it fully coats a spoon. About 10 minutes.
  4. In skillet, add olive oil and sautee onions until dark brown and carmelized. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  5. To assemble: Place chicken breast on a plate and drizzle balsamic vinegar generously over. Top with onions and then tomatoes. Not only is it beautiful but it is simply divine to taste!
