  1. Spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Place chicken breasts in baking dish.
  3. Combine soup, rotel, sour cream, and 3/4 cup of each cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered 30 - 40 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center.
